Refund policy
As fellow nerds, we hope you love what you’ve ordered from www.Mushyhead.com, but if there is an issue or you’re not 100% satisfied, Let us know. Please notify us at orders@mushyhead.com no later than 10 days from the date of purchase for any returns, exchanges or refunds.
MUSHYHEAD COMICS will gladly accept returns on any defective item in its original condition within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. UNOPENED items may be returned within 30 days for a refund less shipping costs. MUSHYHEAD COMICS does not accept returns of any opened items or worn garments. We will replace defective merchandise with another copy of the same item.
Purchases made at www.Mushyhead.com may be returned at our retail locations as well as an on-line return.
With ANY return of an item purchased on-line, please e-mail us at: orders@mushyhead.com to make return arrangements. Please take care when packing the product for return. Products should be returned in original packaging if possible, as we package all shipments for optimal handling and delivery.
We regret that we are unable to refund any shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
